SB 272 Compliance

Senate Bill 272 (Hertzberg) took effect on July 1, 2016, and it requires that public agencies create a catalog of their enterprise systems (any software application or computer system that collects, stores, exchanges, and analyzes information that the agency uses). Public agencies are further required to make the catalog available to the public. LA LAFCO’s catalog was created on June 28, 2016 (see below). The catalog is also available at the Streamline website.
